august wedding

We have not been to a wedding all summer, which is very unusual for us. Seems like all our friends are married now. We did enjoy the wedding of Mike and Tallie, soccer coaches with Chad in Danville. CT came along with as and was a very good boy, everyone enjoyed holding him and he zonked out during the dance so Chad and I were able to boogie down. We ended up carpooling to Yountville with Joe and Kathy, that was nice and it was great company. Congrat Mike and Tallie!

and so maternity leave it over...

Well, there you go, five months of bonding with my kids... it was a great excuse to challenge myself creatively... it was a great excuse to stay in my pajamas all day... it was a great excuse to search the internet for great message board communities. Now a new jouney is ahead of me. I wil be working 80% time as my boss would call it, it basically gives me one day a week off. This day will be wednesday, in order to go through the whole week to work, I thought it would be best to give me and the kids a break in the middle in order to get through the rest of the week.

So does this mean I will be scrapping less? Well yes, but I will treaure the time that I do and I will treasure the time that I don't.

Monday mornings here I come!

i can't believe she is already two year old, it seems like time is going really fast now that CT is around. i took Savana out to take some snapshots of her to remember this cute age... I got some really good natural pics. i also was able to order great prints from mpix, which deliverd photos to my in two days.
